In the southern states of the US, we call these salmon balls or salmon croquettes. This is a delicacy that southerners usually eat with grits for breakfast or brunch. My mama always made hers with eggs, flour and bellpepper and onion. I prepare mines the same way. Looks good Wendy.

One better than the other, If you've tried Tuna, this is better. Salmon has an awesome taste, Debone but don't make it a paste. So well coordinated and explained, Simple to follow and detailed. Colourful, delicious and healthy, A big thank you to Wendy, For sharing her recipe. Goes without saying, At the time of tasting, Hmmmm, wow, yummy to the tummy 😂

Hi Wendy 🖐☺️ My father isn't with us anymore he passed away Nov 2006 My favourite foods he would cook for myself & my sister was his famous Salmon Patties & Curry Mince ☺️👍 I haven't had Either for at least 5 years ! Tonight I tried Salmon Patties for dinner. It didn't come out bad for the first time. Did make it without the mustard and Worcestershire Sauce. Next time. The patties started to break apart during cooking. They tasted very good. Made it with Brown Rice and Green Beans. Didn't chop up bread, but, used Bread Crumbs instead. Will make this more often. Became a subscriber to your channel.
