Hello Friends !!!
In this video i am gonna show you "How To Make Solder Remover Machine At Home". It's very easy to make Homemade Solder Removing Machine at home using some materials that are easily available in market. This homemade soldering removing machine is very powerful and heats up within 20 seconds. This homemade solder removing machine is very useful gadget for everyone who works with circuit and electronics. I have used 30W soldering iron heating element for making this homemade solder removing machine.
The build quality of this homemade solder removing machine is very good because i have used aluminum pipe and MDF board for making body of this homemade solder removing machine. This solder removing machine works on 220V AC current and it is safe to use if insulated properly as shown in the video. If you love electronic and work with circuit boards then you should definitely make this Homemade Solder Removing Machine at home.
The Things I Used :
1. 30W Soldering Iron Element
Buy Link - amzn.to/3NLoHNJ
2. AC Switch
3. MDF Board 8mm

Pleaee use a protective module for heating element and to control the temperature as the over heating may lead to get fault of the components. Safety must be most prioritized. You didn't care about it in any of your videos

The chassis needs a safety earthing cable in case it becomes live. It could save your life. Great idea though. Thank you.
@jessicagriffin6836
@jessicagriffin6836 2 жыл бұрын
Also the wires can't be connected outside of the box where if they come apart could get someone. The box needs to be UL rated not just something you glue together. And the wire going to the heaters need to be protected so that they can't be cut or burned. The whole thing is not safe and the plate should be grounded so if something does go wrong it does not kill the operator. Especially since he is using metal tools. Great idea no safety in mind.
@xxportalxx.
@xxportalxx. 2 жыл бұрын
@@jessicagriffin6836 ummm those exposed leads to the heater look like they're insulated with beads, that seems to be the biggest danger imo, idk why he chose to have the side they come off on the opposite end from the switch (makes absolutely no sense) however turning the whole thing around and covering those leads would be the biggest safety improvement. Additionally the plate should be grounded regardless of electrocution risk (i.e. even if the heater is insulated) as esd can destroy sensitive parts.

@@jessicagriffin6836 ⚠️ God has said in the Quran: 🔵 { O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous - ( 2:21 ) 🔴 [He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him]. ( 2:22 ) 🔵 And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Muhammad], then produce a surah the like thereof and call upon your witnesses other than Allah, if you should be truthful. ( 2:23 ) 🔴 But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.( 2:24 ) 🔵 And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally. ( 2:25 ) ⚠️ Quran

@Ralph Reilly that is a very uneducated responce. A slow or fast rpm drill both rip off a finger the same. Posting a message as that is not funny or wise. Somebody will try it out here and rip off a finger or bleed to death. Murderers are not allowed in heaven, neither is liars. Eternity is forever, after in hell 5 million years, their time has never begun, no hope of excape , God is not there, a place where there is no mercy, love, help, always in agony and pain, no medicines , no water, a prison with crimnally mental prisoners

The chassis needs a safety earthing cable in case it becomes live. It could save your life. 230 V heaters are too risky! These wires are so fragile that they are easily damaged and receive an electric shock, which can be fatal! No protection or grounding! The heaters should be used for safe voltage, up to 12V, but not for 230 !!!!!!!!!!!
