Cumin seeds - 3/4 cup
Fennel seeds - 3/4 cup
White rice - 3/4 cup
Dry chilli - 10 pieces
Cardamom pods - 1/2 cup
Cloves - 1/4 cup
Pepper seeds - 1/4 cup
Chana dhal / split chickpeas - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 4 TB spoons
Fenugreek - 1/4 cup
Curry leaves - 1 cup
Pandan leaves - 1cup
Grated coconut - 1cup
