Revealing the ways to combat the very difficult task of trying to clean or remove the skin from beans in preparation for a Moi Moi dish .
I have demonstrated the use of a grater or blender slowing turning the crush button to remove the skin of beans in a “ twinkle of an eye”.It is easy and fast .I hope you will try it out .
In this video I used Aluminium foil paper packs as a mould to wrap the moi moi ,you can also use cups or leaves as a mould.

RECIPE
1) 5 full cups of Beans
2) 2 big Bell peppers 🌶
3 )2 big Tomatoes 🍅
4)3 big Scotch bonnet peppers
5) 2 big Onions 🧅
6) Cray fish 🐠,Fish to garnish (salmon fish ) or egg
7)Groundnut oil or any vegetable oil
8)Seasoning cubes to taste
9) Salt to taste
10) Aluminium foil paper pack moulds (custom made )
