little bit of spherical aberration due to very thin mirror, silvering last many years , in my case i found very little brownish colour appear after 6 months .

I showed an image of the moon taken through this telescope in the last part of my vedio serises , but i suggest you if you want to make your own mirror (12inch) please use atleast 19mm, which i said in my first vedio, because i found when i going to tight the mirror cell clips , image become distorted, due to thin mirror.

@Engineering at Home you can search and try making a mirror cell specifically for thin mirrors. They are designed in a way to eliminate distortion. John dobson used to design these kind of mirror cells

It is a long tube telescope due to long focal length , so it is very difficult to capture image , yet somehow i captured a image of the moon , you can see in my last vedio part. That's why now i am going to make another short focal length ( 5feet) telescope .
