Ingredients:
3 eggs
200ml of milk
200ml of sugar
200ml of cornmeal
200ml of wheat flour
100ml of sunflower oil
1 tablespoon of baking powder
150g of guava paste in cubes
200g of guava paste for topping
100ml of water for topping
Method of Preparation:
Beat the eggs until smooth and add milk and sugar.
Add the flours and beat until the batter is smooth.
Add the oil and baking powder, mixing gently.
Grease a mold, pour the batter and distribute the guava paste cubes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
Prepare the guava paste topping by dissolving it in water and heating until a syrup forms.
Unmold the cake, cover with the guava paste syrup, and serve.
