Today we are making egg free, gelatin and agar free delicious and simple triple chocolate layer mousse cups. This recipe has only a few ingredients but following all the steps in my recipe, you will create a smooth, reach and just truly delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
50 gr dark chocolate
1/4 cups of warm cream if dark chocolate over 65%
3/4 cups of heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste or extract
