Please give her formula to supplement breastfeeding and stretch your breastfeeding time. You can take this pap too and the nutty variant. It helps with weight gain. That way, you get a two for one. You get nutrition and your weight back and she gets the nutrients from breast milk. Please supplement with formula. It will really help you. You can give her pap if she shows interest from the moment she crosses 4 months. I know the benchmark is 6 months but some babies eat earlier. My daughters did from 4 months. Just ensure you start with once a day and gradually increase overtime.
