Tomorrow is 30 days NC for me. He broke NC a week and a half ago, asking me to be friends, saying he doesn’t want me out of his life, he still loves me, and apologizing for hurting me (he’s dating someone else now; we were together for 5 years). I didn’t respond to that message. I have no interest in being “friends” and am really mad at him for choosing some random person he literally just met over me and our history. But knowing him, he’ll sabotage that relationship too, and then realize I’m not around to pick up the pieces like I always am, and then he’ll regret his decision. But at that point, it will be too late. I don’t think there’s any coming back from this for us… he made his decision and now he has to live with the consequence of losing me. I’m no one’s back-up plan or second choice. 😠‼️

That is 100 true. ❤ ❤. This will come back when you don’t need them. If you love someone so much, don’t let them go through that pain. If you want to leave a relationship. Talk to your partner and discuss how you feel about them. instead of going to other relationships before the first one ended. Whatever goes around will come around eventually. If you think you will get away with the pain you caused someone who loved you. No you won’t. You will get your karma and feel the same pain later in life.

Initially, I muted his profile so I wouldn’t see him. But when I see him look at my stories, it triggered my anger on being ghosted. It was like he had the power to cut me off, but still wanted access to me. I had to end our friendships and delete all messages and texts……. even his phone number for my own sanity. Gaining my control back was a huge sigh of relief.

this coming may 4, 2024 its gonna be exactly 3 months since he broke up with me and it was also our last conversation. i have been doing no contact since then. i erased myself from his life, no social media - nothing. i’m doing okay, just focusing on work and being with my family but the other day and yesterday i found myself crying again because i missed him so much. to be honest i still love him, and i miss him very dearly up to this day. i wish he would just message and fight for us again, but i am losing hope. its hard and it still breaks my heart.

This is really good information. People fall for giving their ex that attention or getting the chance to give them what they want, it gives them the sense of control/peace. But they still haven’t changed or tried to work on rebuilding the relationship with you or any type of building. You have to stand on business with what you want. If they are not giving you want you want, you have to state what you want and walk away if they’re not valuing what you want.

I remember how helpful this channel and other channels helped me about this time last year I never knew I could ever get to this point where am at now where I’ve completely moved on from her. Matter of fact am gradually building something with somebody new who’s way prettier and seemingly cool. My ex has to see me at work. She refuses to look in my direction but I can tell she knows exactly the direction I’m in, no matter where I’m standing. I think its just over over, we had good long yes but it was long distance now she has someone from her area. I dont think that anyone that had both, long and short distance relationship would ever go back to long distance. I am so dead inside. Because in the three months shes together with her new guy they can experience more than we did in 1.5 years of every day talking over the phone after this 12months relationship so overall like 2.5 years because he can just be there every day for her so our time is probably already outran by 3months. Even if its only a rebound I feel like that he is "THE" Ex she would want back after it ends than she watches your vids because of him.

Being friends is ok & will work if both don’t ever want to be together again. If one person is still in love with the other in hopes for a relationship to transpire it will normally not work & is where boundaries really need to be implemented as an all or nothing situation.

I want to return her gifts i feel it's the right thing to do. I became comfortable and gave her less time and attention because i was sure to marry her and she was also ready to marry me but i never knew that she could walk away from my life after all those years and memories she said i didn't gave her much time and attention after some years so she left. I have a bad habit of drinking alcohol too much when i go out so i messed up and abused her when she asked for break. The situation became even worse because i said things i shouldn't have said but anyways i learnt a lot from this experience. Day 72 for me. I'm the dumped not the dumper. She asked if we could still be friends and I told her not to contact me unless it's an emergency. Also btw for the first time I cheated. I kissed a stranger when i was drunk and told her about it. She said she forgive me and move on but after a month she said she feels like she can't get over it. I've also moved away to the other side of the planet for 6 months. Also when I kissed that girl I was drunk and was originally trying to make sure she got home safe as we met on a train journey. Can someone tell me if I messed up? She reached out 3 weeks after the break up for shoes. But she was actually wanted to talk. We made a date one week later. But never showed up so I told her that I will drop her shoes and don't want to see her again. A week later I caved and called her to see each other. We talked, and I told her I wanted to try again. She said no, so I let it go. We spoke one more time for other things she wanted to take from my home. Now I don’t have money but I do have a really interesting case. For me it’s a long distance where we couldn’t meet once but have been together for almost 4 years. In those 4 years we have been together on the phone 24/7. Even when one of us were sleeping we were sleeping on the phone. The main issue was the distance and the religion. For me I would’ve fought for him but he said that he just accepted that we can’t be together. There is so much into it and I really want him to fight for us too. I could meet him in August and if not we might never have a chance again. Coach me and my ex broke up 2 weeks ago and I’m fine with no contact. The problem is she is moving home for a couple months and by the time she gets back I will have moved to a new city. I don’t want her back I want to see changes but she said she could see a future with me. @@blacademic we were long distance and we never seen each other in person but he said since we were in a call 24/7 even when one of us were sleeping, it would be weird if we just don’t talk to each other anymore. Now first he didn’t reach out to me at all but he called like 3 times and in the last call I told him that I still love him but if he doesn’t wanna fight for me the way I would he doesn’t deserve me and that I will move on as long as he can’t bring the same energy. He just accepted that and right after we were still in a call and watched a series together. Now he sends me reels like 1 or 2 here and there but it doesn’t really come to a chatting or calling like that anymore. Should I just ignore his reels?

It’s weird to want your ex back, you need to move on and be better… No one should care whether their ex is suffering… I didn’t get ex’d but if I had, I wouldn’t waste my time worrying over how to get them back and if they’re suffering because he probably watches this and assumes that I’m suffering when I’m free asf and I’m happy and the only time I’m suffering is when I personally take on too much because I’m so free from that Bs that was us… don’t let this man misinform you…we don’t give af and you’re replaceable asf.

Plss give me some advice My ex broke up with me 3 days ago. We are students and we dated for 10 months. He broke up with me because he had no feelings for me (and he felt guilty that he couldn't give me as much love as I give to him). He suggested to be FWB with a condition that I don't have feelings for him (like boyfriend way; he asked me that day that he broke up with me). He is a very stubborn person. If he decides once, he never comes back. He said that his feelings for me died for good. But he said that he cares about me a lot as a friend. He also suggested that he will not find someone until I found one. I begged him to stay but he was certain about his decision. What should I do? I have to kinda make a decision until next week.

Don’t do it bro. I had the same situation, she texted me HBday. Hers was weeks later, I said nothing. Silence is louder and she’ll notice it more. She ended up texting me again months later with even more effort.
