Video 1: "the exact recipe is in my etsy page, that's the ratio you need to use" Video 2: "i didn't actually use the recipe for shooting it on this dome, i just played around with it and this ratio i used is what worked best" So... is the recipe on your etsy page outdated? Or just not good for shotcrete application?

To get that cement off of your hands and stop cement burn use vinegar pour it over your head in the shower if you got cement on you and it will neutralize it and stop that lime burn to works for drywall mud too

The amonia type smell is caused by the papers fireretardent chemicals reacting with the cement. The hydroseeding paper isn't required to have fireretardent additives in it. Did you check out that Imer Mortar Man 120 vertical mixer?

You seem to live in a desert type area, is Epic waterproof for an area such as Missouri where we can get a lot of rain? How do you keep the dome dry? Have watched several of your videos and thank you for your knowledge. I have an existing framed dome home that is covered in EPDM needs a new roof, wondering the possibility of wrapping in stucco wire and spraying with Epic instead of roofing with asphalt shingles. Your thoughts? considering an addition too, using your system Thanks.

This is great information. What about simply using a tub type mixer for this stuff? I know the hand helds do a great job but just thinking that while the tub was turning you could be attending something else at hand. 👍

I've been doing rammed earth and papercrete for years and was about to an epic type mix after watching Russians play with styrofoam wood chips and cement to make houses.next time you spray a dome rent a JLG type manlift or buy a small tow behind one. Hey Harry, Love your work buddy. I paid my money and watched the first of 3 videos. I have some questions- firstly whilst buckets and bags is a valid measure... I’m in Australia and our buckets and bags are of a very different size and weight. I need a recipe I can scale up and down to suit. Eg; The weight of the paper to the volume of water? The weight or volume of cement to the pulp mix? Usually, lightweight fluffy materials are mixed by weight. More stable materials like cement and water- by Parts. I’m a Tiler/Builder by trade. Talking floor screeds, I would say mix 4:1 sand to cement to make a moderate strength floor screed. Anyone reading that ratio can make it- sure they need a sharp sand- not a fatty loam. But the Ratio is key. I’m happy to support you, by paying for your recipes- but please provide a recipe I can actually use. Note: I access the internet with an iPad and iPhone. I only see the option to purchase 3 x videos. I do not see any option to download a .pdf. I’m hoping when the .pdf is available it will provide the recipes to the various mixes. Can that EPIC mix be applied as insulation on the outside of an earthbag house? Would it work if the house is earth bermed as well?

Yes use breathing protection, I knew a guy worked with cement for years without, he died at 60 from lung issues! And suffered for 20 years!

Hi Harry. Sand and gravel are way cheaper. Why wouldn't you use concrete for your foundation. I didn't think you could use paper concrete below grade.

Is the epic mix fire retardant like aircrete? Is the EPIC mix a suitable foundation for a home dwelling?

Couldn't you just use a regular cement mixer.

I'm doing a home 12 x that size, but even so- I wouldn't charge anyone $45 for the recipe ! I leave that to the greedy to withold recipe's like they are winning lottery #'s. Shameful, Wulf
