If your sore after a practice or very tired just depends on how hard you push yourself during that practice, because If you don’t push yourself hard and your not tired doesn’t mean it’s a bad program it just means you have to try harder

@@Matt-mu3xm I was, I'm in my senior year of highschool atm, but I broke my arm during practice and sprained my ankle, and so they said I'm out for the season unfortunately

Dude I started as a freshman and would get raped every practice. Had a tournament coming up and thought I was going to get raped. I pinned the kid in my first match and while I did have a hard time in the rest of the tournament I did better than I thought I would. Just remember what you learned but don't over think it. At the end of the day it's wrestling, be rough.

You should do a video analysis of one of your past matches and do the pros/cons. That would be very informative.

I got my first practice in a few weeks. I signed up for the first few days of November, and they make us wait an entire month to start!! I'm very nervous and it kinda sucks having to wait to start. I wish I could just do it already and start feeling more confident with it. I start the Monday after Thanksgiving and my first match is that Saturday
