It is all the available procedures and processes available to senior management in order to provide appropriate adaptation to changes in the environment. Change management in organization are very often painful. One of the reasons is that senior management has provided little information and communication to their employees. The purpose of this video is to look at the various pitfalls that may occur in a change management plan.
