I bought an ab mat right after I saw this video. Tried it today, best thing ever. I could barely do 10 reps, so it's nice to start from the beginning and increase reps & weights later on. Thanks for this video!

This ok if you have lower back issues? (previously I had a L5-4 herniation) I’m pretty paranoid these days :) Cheers bro

I had 2 herniation at l4-l5 and l5-s1 and can do these. I'd take it slow to gage what you can do. I'd work on the McGill Big 3 first.

Saw an Ab mat at my local sports store the other week, I contemplated buying it than exclaimed ''naahhh! why pay the money'', now I realize the strecth is goood. :)

Great vid. Think I need to get a decent ab mat. However of course, the best hing for an epic six pack/abs is diet.

Thank you for this video. I have heard that crunches abs sit ups are not good for the discs in the back and the repeated flexion can cause issues over time. Is this true? What is your take one this?

It can cause issues if you are dead. As long as you're not and you're not doing too much too soon, your body will addapt and become stronger, aka no issues

How much volume in general will u recommend in a block where we have to progressive mesos Would u recommend increase in frequency wise volume or intensity wise

i hate abs day, me personally i just prefer to go to a certified plastic surgeon n let her lipo out all the ab lipids leving back just about 5%, then i go on strict low fat high fibre diet n in that way very little gym work is need on abs.
