This is my guide on how to pick gymnastic rings. In this video I cover the options for rings, including FIG standard 1.1" (28mm) rings and 1.25" gymnastic rings you commonly find in crossfit gyms and honestly all over. Whether you are looking for Olympic rings or whatever your gymnast or strength training goals are, this video will cover how to pick them and all the options. Different straps? Yep, types of buckles, you bet. Numbered, diameters, and we unbox for top options at this budget range ($50 or less).
Gymnastic rings are honestly the best cheap, budget option for building muscle, coordination, and challenging yourself in the gym. At this price point their versatility can't be matched. They're a lot of fun, don't take up much space, and maybe best of all, inexpensive. I own rings from Rep Fitness, Titan Fitness, Double Circle, and Garage Fit so if you're buying on Amazon or somewhere else, I've got you covered. Come take a look (I unbox them in this video as well!).
