Dark Ages is a new Kickstarter arrival from Board & Dice. This medieval, historical strategy board game will pit you agains 3 other (or up to 7 other) players in a fight for control and dominance over Europe.

This video helped me the most on understanding and tackling this game a last year. Belated thank you for that. Just came back for a refresher. I may want to add that you kept mentioning that during the collect resource step during passing, you can receive resources from provinces you control "with a city". I feel certain that you do NOT need a city just to collect the single default resource from said province if you control it with out a city.

At 44:00. You do not need to control the majority of provinces in a region. You only need to control at least half. It makes a difference for each region with even number of provinces.

Yes! You are right. What got me into the wrong thinking was the entry in the rulebook of "half (rounded up)" which in fact refers only to regions with an odd number of provinces. Thanks!
