Today's video is an individual training session that includes literally all aspects of the game: juggling, footwork, dribbling, passing and first touches. This session is perfect for times when you don't have a training partner, but you still want to get your touches in! All drills will be 30 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. Enjoy this session!
