Omg koko I just started getting my servers over and they are powerful , my school volleyball coach didn’t help me at all she just lower my confidence all around and showed me how good all the other girls were but then I joined a club and the coach helped a lot , after one time of her helping and one time of serving I had it down all I need was a little help that my old coach wouldn’t and couldn’t give me 😁👍🏻

I have a gymnasium nearby my school where I go with my friends to practice. There are volleyball courts and to serve, we have people on both sides so we constantly have a ball!

i have tryouts next week, and i’m scared out of my mind!! i didn’t play last year, and i don’t have much experience. lots of people are telling me i should try out, and i already turned in the form. the coach recruited me, but i don’t think i’m even good enough. i can only get my overhand serve over the net sometimes, but i’ll be sure to try the bow and arrow thing. any other advice?

Make sure to get a high enough toss, and really step into it as you hit. This will help get it over.

I use a portable baseball net as a portable mini net, it is easy to put together and take apart and it is the same height as a actual net, it helps me serve and hit and it catches the ball if it is short

so i have a leather ball instead of a soft ball and i’m kind of a modified more near a modify volleyball player, and i want to push myself but i don’t want to hurt myself and whenever i try the overhand serves it really hurts. should i serve it like i would set it or would i serve it with my palm? (other times i play volleyball i use a softer ball, this is just at home.)

Hey Koko, I’m new to volleyball and my muscles aren’t used to be used in this way when serving over hand. I’m sore when I come home and I’m weaker right now, are there anyways I can prevent this other than stretching. (I injure very easily and stretching is not enough for my weak lil bones)

I am in 5th and where I live you can’t play volley until your in 6th. I’ve always wanted to play it so I got a volley ball to start practicing for next year. When I bump it (idk what it’s called I thinks it’s called that idk lol) but when I throw it into the air and bump it, it hurts my hands. I’ve watched videos on how to do it the right way but it always KILLS my fingers and hands... is that normal because It’s so painful.

my arm strength, leg coordination, and leg strength for jumps and quick changes need to improve i know because regular school gym has me knocked each time

i want to play volley ball and i want to main libero. i can lock on something pretty well but i'm still not good at actually getting to it and getting it into the air fast enough. i don't have great jumping power so blocking isn't great for me, im also short for my age. what are some things i can do alone to help with libero training?
