Oh, I wish I had known this a couple of months ago, when I was harvesting asparagus! I usually pickle mine, but didn’t get enough this year, because I was traveling during the first week the asparagus was ready. Next spring, I will freeze it! Thanks for posting this video!

Annnnnd that's the bad thing about running YT gardening and preserving channel while living in the north. We're usually behind everyone else with our growing season and sometimes my content comes out too late. :( Good luck with next year's harvest!

When I done this in the past, the asparagus a mushy when thawed. Is there any 'crispness' in your thawed asparagus?

Yes, frozen asparagus always goes soft when thawed. Roasting it in the oven with oil is the best way to get a 'desirable' texture from it!
