I knew the theory and this was excellent way to demonstrate how the mechanics work and the mechanisms within are applied and the proper way to deliver and to receive just as well exellent

I have boxed and trained various systems for 40 plus years, forget about some of the people he hits but a man of his build and weight hitting with a relaxed arm would be like being smacked with a leg of lamb , being skilled as well makes him a machine
