Hi, I’m Patrick. I’m a freelance science writer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and a master’s in clinical exercise physiology. I used to work in the clinical setting as a certified athletic trainer, physical therapy aide, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Agreed, especially for the musculoskeletal system. I’ll mention it in the next video, but the next time you bench press, you’ll feel your serrated anterior contract on the final push of the press

Do you have a video on the directions of fibers and the training principles based on the direction of fibers? Is it advantageous to train movements based on the direction of fibers or it doesn't matter? Thanks!

That is a shoulder muscle.. it has actions on the scapula, not actions on the back. That's why it wasn't mentioned in this group.
