Hello! I just wanted to throw in a suggestion. I sell toys, and some older or well-loved plush has pilling close to eyes or noses or ears, and my Dollar Tree has some eyebrow trimming razors that are on a stick, and they are made for detailing eyebrow lines, so they are a sharp blade, but on each side there are tiny serrated blades for cutting hairs (or pilling). So they are a pretty safe blade, and they do great detailing, if you have a small area to get into while removing pilling. Of course no one has the same kind of stores, but getting creative with finding tools to repurpose is what sets us apart, right?
