Not sure if you have or you can see very small spot welds in a circle on the pulley. If you drill them out, you should be able to pull the pulleys apart, you can put them back together with nylon nut, and bolt and you will not have to destroy the ring that holds the bearings in place. Peace

I do those but just make 8 cuts with the grinder, press the bearing out, put new bearing in, and peen the flanged edge back down.

lol, beat the crap out of it with a hammer and damage the flange on the good side. how about using a drift or socket so you dont bend it? lol.
