You really helped me! I thought the Solenoid was my problem and I ordered one and installed it. but it turns out, it was my dispenser SPRING that broke. Your video helped me fix that also! Great video, so glad I could do it myself, without the high priced repairman!

I’m having issues getting the plunger to stay on. I’m not seeing a hook.

Hopefully you have the right refrigerator for this tutorial? Mine does have the hook. Perhaps your hook broke off? The plastic in these refrigerators is just PURE GARBAGE.
