This video shows you how to install new control arms in your 2003-2011 Honda Element. Control arms are a crucial part of the suspension system of your vehicle. They not only carry the load of the vehicle to the wheel, but they typically also maintain its alignment. Control arms are typically large and strong, so you may be surprised it needs replacing. They contain rubber bushings for smoother rides at the cost of eventual wear. When those bushings run out, that can have a negative impact on the ride and safety of your vehicle.
This repair was done on a 2005 Honda Element EX 2.4L Sport Utility 4-Door 4WD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

!!!ATTENTION!!! The nuts on my 2006 were spot welded. I had to remove the bolts. Learner the hard way on the first one.

Should this get the rear camber alignment where it should be on an 06 Honda CRV with those adjustable upper control arms?

I will look up the torque specs but I assume, since you said nothing for the back side, that both bolts are 69 foot pounds?

ATTENTION: WHEN PRELOADING THE SUSPENSION FOR APPLYING TORQUE BE CAREFUL NOT TO LIFT THE VEHICLE TOO MUCH, DOING SO CAN TIP THE VEHICLE OFF THE LIFT OR JACKSTANDS!!!
