I use a drop of black weather strip adhesive on the end of the electrical tape. It keeps it from coming loose due to heat. Grommets are best practice but like Pete said, wiring loom has temp ratings as 3M 33+ tape is much better than Harbor Freight. It depends on where and how much for many. Getting closer for paint ready. Thanks Pete for sharing knowledge.

Hey Pete, new subscriber here, I’ve been binge watching your videos for the past 2 weeks since I finally got some motivation to finish up my 65 Galaxie, I recently saw an older video of yours on cheap epoxy primer “paint job”, my car currently has what seems to be one layer of paint, what grit should I use to scuff the paint and spray the epoxy primer over it?
