I had a full hip replacement approx 6 months ago- which complicates other existing issues - my lower back pain. I don’t know if it’s a mental issue- but I’m literally scared of having a chiropractor adjustment- which would be greatly beneficial, but I’ve suffered over 2 years with extreme pain from the hip. On top of that- Covid hit my family over the last 3 months, limiting my rehab. Do you have any suggestions that is both safe and effective?

You do an excellent job in presenting everything that you do. I'm very impressed with how you speak without missing a beat. That being said, even though I'm from the north, I sometimes have to rewind your video a little bit just to pick up what you said because I'm trying to focus on your movements as well as what you're saying. If it is possible, if you could slow down the pace of your speech just a smidgen, it would make me easier for me to focus on both what you're saying and what you're doing

One movement you can try out because its not going to hurt anything and does work. Lay on a bed, cross your feet, whichever side you are having pain the foot needs to be on top, now do the isometric pulling outward. That you will feel in the SI and lower back and yes it does pop it most of the time. I generally do both sides. How you do the inner one in the same scenario, you lay your feet side by side and push them together only in the feet area. All of these the isometric movement happens only at the feel. Its a good way to pop the SI along with lower back and the area that goes below your belt line. This is a technique I developed myself and don't be surprised if you hear a pop directly under where your genitals sit in the back.

This was the 1st exercise I did and felt relief the entire day and night. It’s the next morning and I’m still not in pain. The pain was so bad that it would take my breath away. I watched your video yesterday morning, laid down and did it. I felt immediate relief. Nothing ever popped but the pain stopped. I was ready to do it again in a few hours but I didn’t have to. I did the stretch at 2:50.... something I've done myself thousands of time for decades.... and when I did it monday, I head multiple pops, and felt sudden sciatic pain. Now my sciatic pain is so bad, I'm unable to function. I'm really scared. My buttocks were very sore due to activity on my hands and knees from the day before, so perhaps I just strained a muscle back there, and it's irritating the nerve? I can press on the lower part of my buttock and hold pressure and make the pain stop, if that gives you a better idea of what I've done.

#GermanTitels you don't want your pelvis to blow up like a balloon ;-) "platzen" is when a balloon makes 'boom', or this poor fat man explodes in Monty Python's movie in the restaurant :D The primary problem in translation are words like "boom" and "pop". I understand what you want to tell the viewers, blocked bones sometimes really sound like a "pop". We must go back to basic words. I am not that great english speaker but I believe I can get it. If you really see a sense in a missleading way by translating titels but keeping the english content, use something like this for this video (assuming that you mean a blockage that will be released) "Wie Sie eine Blockade im Becken lösen können"
