Error, you have to select homebase 2 , selecting just homebase will not bring up the qr code request at least in my case. The homebase 2 probably should be re-labeled 2K as I believe this was the intent. The manual is a zero with zero troubleshooting included. I still like the product but the literature leave something to be desired. No issues on your part just some thoughts.

That would be a good idea. I think they are phasing out the original homebase and they will all be homebase 2 in the future. However, that does not help people who already have the original and may try to connect this doorbell to it.

There is a card that comes with the camera that directs you to the app. You would want to get it before you start the setup process as you will need to create an account first.

Been wondering if it’s to do with router settings or am I just not following the steps correctly. Usually just plug in and it works. Not this time.

ISP. Others I’ve set up have also been isp ones, never had this before. Sent the Homebase and bell back for a refund now.
