i just bought one recently , does it support lossless streaming via airplay 2 in combination with apple music? I have read it can support up to 16bit 44,1kHz ALAC . Is that true for wifi streaming via airplay 2 ?

Can we adjust the master volume by holding down the plus and minus keys? like beolite. Very good produckt

Avoid them. This danish entrepreneur is not responding to complaint inquiries. He decided that the purchased goods (earbuds purchased in September 2022), require inspection in Germany and I've been waiting for a shipping label from the courier. For a month there is no response, despite my inquiries.

AVOID this company! I spent $400 on the Beoplay EX, & the foam eartips have FALLEN APART shortly after. B&O is REFUSING to fix it, instead insisting I BUY a replacement set for $25 +tax +shipping. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service & they REFUSE to stand behind their products!

Below you can find some recommendation son how to make them last longer: - Avoid direct sunlight. - Avoid contact with chemicals and consumer products including, but not limited to: lotions, sunscreen, alcohol, make-up and hair spray. - Store in a location that will prevent other items from rubbing against the foam tips.
