Hey I’m an exception picker for my store and my new coach is saying for us to substitute EVERYTHING that we can’t find in normal picks. My question is this: what if it’s the only type and size of said item and you can’t find anything to substitute it with? Like let’s say a specific type of detergent and there’s not any more on top stock or on the shelf, then what?
