I tried the slow mucleup today for the first time (with false grip, not overhand/pseudo) and was able complete it on my first attempt thanks to your pointers. Been watching muscle up videos daily for the last month (when I started to my journey to learn a muscle up) - mostly just to stay motivated - and this is the best video around. Got me excited! I love how you break it down into these smaller movements. It just makes so much more sense than the standard advice to "pull harder and keep doing it until you get it"! Thanks a ton for this video! I wrote down everything on a scratch pad and will be taking these directions to the park every night. Sub'd!

i like the way you explain every excersice bro, its like you're thinking on every person level, some people just think everybody its the same, i used to do those exercises by myself years ago and i was sure it was the correct way to train muscle up, nice to see you trained like that! i was not wrong at all, ps: people must know that this is a very rough training for elbows and wrists, dont do these exercises without doing anything easier before

Thank you so much ! I was beginning to lose hope for the slow MU because I can't do the false grip without an excessive pain. You're the only guy that I saw doing it with an overhand grip !!! So now I know it's not impossible. I will try your progression and I'm sure I'll get it this summer. Thank you again 👍

I do these too often and it works. You have a small channel but these tips are extremely invaluable. Many people aim to achieve the MU or think they have achieved it but their form is often laughable. Athletes who have cleaned it up know the real pains and trainings one must put oneself through in order to earn the strict MU. By the way, heed this man's word because his form is one of the best I have ever seen. The tips are 100% legit too. And also you speak English really well for a non-native speaker! Nothing but respect for you my guy, keep up the awesome work.

Great video. You make it look so easy, that elbows up transition, I was in awe :) A calisthenics deep squat and ankle mobility tutorial would be awesome I'm working through some of the other tutorials on that from other channels, and I feel they are lacking, I'm never quite sure what to tilt and what to squeeze, it never feels comfortable. I'm easily afraid of doing something harmful while trying to get healthy, and the squat seems to be delicate. You seem to have injury prevention in mind, I like that. A short one would probably do, I know that the topic isn't all that interesting :') Sadly, I don't know anyone in person who could coach me, specially during these crazy times. You might like the Bioneer, another KZfaqr. His stuff could benefit a guy like you I'm sure, if you don't know him already, you should check him out.
