I saw this video recommended on a video about keeping a pellet tube lit and the eggs in the thumbnail grabbed my attention. I have done pickled deviled eggs but never thought of smoked deviled eggs. Thanks for the idea, I am sure my bbq guests will thank you this spring. ✌🏻

The biggest trick is to keep the smoker temperature really low.

Thanks, i used a regular Bradley smoker but i made the external smoke box to make it into a cold smoker. Further i used 4” flex hose to connect the smoke box to the smoker and did i use snow to cool down the smoke even more. The average temp in the smoker was 6C.
