How to speak St. Lucian creole.
Watch me learn more St. Lucian Kwéyòl get a full lesson by tutors of Twossaint, Kimhia and Indira. St. Lucian Kwéyòl is a beautiful language that has so many similarities to Kreyòl Ayisyen/Haitian language.
In this video they teach me creole words such as parts of the body, we play a fun game of Simon says and I learn a few creole phrases to express sickness of the body.

I love getting to know about cultures and languages. And I'm indeed into it. I have to say that I am personally more focused on what I feel as Western European heritage. Mais justement pour la raison de parler plusieurs langues - j'avoue des colonisateurs -, c'est tres intëressant de régarder. Te intriga ver por dónde igual puedes captar algo pero resulta a menudo difícil con tantas lenguas africanas y asiaticas que han dejado rastro en esta mezcla tan propia, peculiar y bella que es el criollo. I understand creole as the aim of communicating within your own folks, living and sharing identities that have often been devastated by conquerors trying to get the resources out for whatever European kingdom far away. Mes felicitations pour preserver cet heritage.

I was fascinated with use of the word "ni" for to have. It is the same in Yoruba & Xitsonga. I wonder if Yoruba left this little deposit into St Lucian creole 🤷🏾‍♂️

Kreyol from saint Lucia is the same as French west indies Guadeloupe and martinique. If I put a Kassav song they understand it as much as I do :) That's the power of caribbean Kreyol

I belive St.lucia Creole is the closest to Haitian Creole .... love all my Creole folks ....

Based on all the research and comparisons I’ve done so far, St.Lucian and Dominican creole are very close to Haitian Creole 😊

i enjoyed it .i want to learn creole because my parents were from Dominican. and i have a sister in the country and it would be nice to speak to her in creole because i didn't feel confident speaking it . i understand when spoken to but response was difficult but now you have given me new confidence thank you and please keep going. do you have a step by step guide to the learn or curiculum that you can download so i can become competent.
