Thanks Mark. I have to admit i have painted horses that way as well. I blame it on the fact I played warhammer fantasy fro years and years and that was my style of painting back then. I’m trying to tone it down these days lol.

Nice one Leon. I tend to do brown bridles and saddles on black and white horses and do black on the chestnuts and browns as you get a good contrast.

Yes that is pretty fast for all those horses. The way I do them is quite s bit slower I reckon I probably would churn out about 4 to 6 in the same time. Good going.

granapriego thanks mate. Normally it’d take me that long to maybe do one horse 🐴. But I needed to find a fast way of getting them done or they’d just live in their box forever lol

Looks good. I have some horses to paint for Lord of the Rings and this will be helpful. Are you going to do a video for speed painting brown horses?

When I say inked I should really say washed. I use the Army painter strong tone. Not the stuff in the tin. The strong tone in the little dropper bottle

Marksman Gaming its Army Painter Strong tone ink. The one from the squeezy bottle not the tin
