I sprout 2.0 literally for my dogs. I sprout specifically for their allergies. They are also fed species appropriately, raw. Zero garbage kibble. My question is, where can I find a book other than Doug's because I have his? I need a deeper book. A book that may have sprouts and it's nutritional panel? Doug hasn't written it yet.

When Doug mentioned sauerkraut with sprouts, my tongue almost drowned, I guess my body wants some of that! I'm looking for resources to buy organic sprouting seeds in México, to avoid shipping and import taxes. So far I've been able to sprout lentils and mung beans from the grocery store, but I LOVE grown-up broccoli, so I'm guessing the sprouts would be even better.

I have a water softening system. I’m assuming I should use dirty water (from hose outside) to give sprouts nutrition they need. Am I correct?

Its a legitimate question to ask how much proteins because we do not want to be deficient in anything some people don’t know

I've heard from several sources that if we are having a varied diet and get enough calories each day. Protein 'deficiency' is a non-issue, have you heard something different?

I did buy Doug Evans sprouting book and it’s a great book but I found the recipes very unpractical and complicated and not easily used for every day use it would’ve been better if you just written down how he uses sprouts because those recipes were of no use for me

he's got more neck muscles than me and his skin is 100 times better than mine and I do carnivore,,, might have to try sprouts..
