I journal since I was little, and literally write down almost anything- Like one time I had my plans changed and ended up in a really bad mood. Tho now reading "I wanted to eat something before showering." just sounds silly 😅

Thank you for this. I started journaling when I was 12 years old and haven’t stopped. I am now 30 years old and have a huge storage container full of all my journals 😂 I always feel better after journaling. Fun fact: Journal is French for newspaper.

I wanted to thank you for making this video, it was a great refresher/knowledgeable video. I've gotten into journaling a lot recently and the different methods you spoke about today really cleared my mind and also in a way motivates me to continue to journal. Journaling is very helpful in day to day life and I also believe others should try to journal as well.
