YES! 🌟🌟🌟 I’m so glad you did make the video! Our session immediately changed my experience with adagio and it’s continuing to get better and better every class! Like I actually wanted to do it AGAIN in class last night! 😂 I’m so grateful for our work together. It has been instrumental in helping me move through the same blocks that had me stop dancing when I was younger. Ballet is gonna be in my life for a long, long time with so much JOY because of you, Kirsten! ❤❤❤

Hate might be the wrong word. Fearing adagio is probably a better description, because it's so brutally hard for the vast majority of dancers. But it does get easier for super flexible dancers because they don't have to work with their foot at 90 degrees, which is much harder to hold.
