Great video. You make it very clear that the correction to over-rotating is eliminating whatever is causing it in your particular case and you give the possible causes. Loved it, as a victim of both over rotating and sometimes under rotating, as I over shoot on the correction, it really helps. Thanks,

Brilliant post, as over rotation will lead to major technical issues due to poor execution of breathing during the stroke cycle, you have an excellent channel thank you for posting this🙌

I can feel myself out of balance when I over rotate. In addition, it's harder to get that Power Diamond working properly during the catch phase. After watching and studying Jono Van Hazel videos and Ian Thorpe underwaters, I try to emulate the balance condition that they have while I swim especially when I find myself concentrating on another body part and then lose concentration on proper rotation. So, I find of late, that just that bit of over rotation throws my balance off. Thanks Mandy.

I must admit that I've watched a lot of videos of swimming but you are best ,easy to understanding and demonstration I like.......at least I will try I've had difficulties

Thank you this video really helped me 🥰 I just have one question If the belly button points towards the wall is that over rotation or should the belly button point slightly angled at the pool floor? ❤️

I started hurting my knee joint and today on the ride home I had a pretty good idea of which I was flinging my kick to get back up to streamline. But your video says the same thing so now I know exactly that is probably my culprit

How do you not overotate when breathing you suppose to be on your side ?

This little clip, for me, told me plenty about over rotation, but it didn't really show me much about correcting it or demonstrating the correcting. All I've learned is how not to do it.
