I have been trying to do the egg beater for years. Can not dang do it without also sculling. I don’t know if I am not flexible enough or what? My left leg wants to do it but my right leg will not give enough pressure and I sink.

Love these videos. Your upper nose bridge makeup contour needs some attention imho, just saying. I'm a better swimmer because of you. Thank you.

This looks like a great exercise to increase efficiency in your stroke. I am trying to build endurance. I just started swimming after a long absence from the pool. I want to decrease effort and increase my glide and efficiency. Thanks Mandy!

I had the same problem… but now I’ve learnt to breathe properly… What I do is I take the breath in when my face is out of the water then immediately inside the water I exhale through my mouth and as I’m turning my head I exhale through my nose then my head is out and I inhale again through mouth of course😂… try it out… Now I swim without any problem

Just diff variety of kick, that competitor is world class swimmer as well😅

Diff variety with 0 world records 😅 at this level it is all marginal gains. Every little helps. You can tell there is less power in the kick, but he keeps momentum and less "CDA". He whips his feet faster, making up for that loss of upper leg power. That is why he is seconds faster by the end.

I really enjoy your instruction. I love the detail you go into, it really helps as trying to hold onto and apply all the technical aspects can be daunting. Again, thank you.

Thanks Mandy, I wonder if that’s what I’m doing wrong. I don’t have the same issue in back stroke. Do you have any thoughts on why there’s usually a stroke swimmers connect with over others?

Okay. This will be my focus tomorrow, Mandy, thank you! I'm still on a mish to experience that mythical bow wave you speak of; still chugging in water when trying to breathe to the left, although getting slightly better to the right. Oooft. This defo feels like the final hurdle to being able to call myself a swimmer.

Coach Mandy I’m using your relaxed hands technique and it’s helping me transition to a smoother and less hurried flow in the water. Before I was just racing from wall to wall getting more tired and out of breath.

Can an adult learner really learn to swim freestyle on their own by joining your program? I seem to be very uncoordinated in the water and do not float so my progress trying to learn on my own has been frustrating. Freestyle seems so complicated. I can barely swim 25 yards. I don't really care about the cost, I just want a plan that works. Thank you for your videos.

Today I was actually swimming, of course not perfectly as I have much to work on. But your videos actually made me get in the pool with confidence and I was swimming full lengths of the pool without messing up. Thank you so much. Your videos are perfect and I am learning so much.

Your head is rotating to breathe before forming the catch. Is my observation correct? I rotate my head to breathe as soon as the catch is made. Which one is correct? Please guide.
