I am very surprised to see that you can do all this after so many operations on your knees. This is exceptionally good. I have rheumatoid arthritis and always experiencing knee pain. I wonder when I will be able to do all these moves in my life.

The first one in particular is a brilliant idea. I work with seniors and they often complain about knee pains and can’t do squats (even mini ones) properly. So I’ve been looking for alternatives for strengthening quads without the knee pain. The first exercise is perfect for that purpose!

Wow, fantastic as always coach! I couldn't believe how effective those heel pushes are. Such a simple movement but so effective. I definitely get less knee pain (I have osteoarthritis) when I work my quads so I know what you say is on point but have seen other YT trainers in the past that say you can worsen pain in knees eventually by imbalance between quad strength and hamstring/glutes strength. Is this true? Thanks again for all your invaluable instruction, you are my hero!!! 👍😊

I've really enjoyed the thoroughness of your instruction in each of the movement exercises you are showing. I appreciate that you've been there, too, and I am always learning something new about how the body moves - which I love! Question for you on the third exercise - would you suggest any modifications for someone who is almost bone on bone in the knees with arthritis? I've been realizing that I'm not using my body properly in movement over the years, which has contributed to the problem, but I also don't want to hurt myself further.. Thanks again for all the work that you are doing and sharing! :)

Hello , i love your videos ! Now to my surprise you have had knee replacements , and can get on your knees . I have wondered for 2 years since both my knee replacements if I could ever get on my knees again. Is there a specific way that I need to know how to do this ?

These are wonderful. The first one I just did sitting in my car, the 2nd one I'm sure I can do partially. However, I'd like to talk about the last one; I'm 57 & I've had Bilateral TKA, Im not able to kneel at all without pain, not even on my bed, it is excruciating pain like it was prior to surgery (but I do walk much better. My Left knee is currently in a brace for another 5 weeks as the implant has some separation according to my Ortho Doc. Is there another way I could strengthen my quads and does strengthening my quads relieve this pain? Thank you so much.

Do you have any exercises on strength a hyperextended knee. I had a knee replacement on left and hyperextended on right and no balance on a walker. I need to get balance better and off walker

Experiencing pain on left ,but still no operation to meniscus tear. Trying to strengthen area around knee prior to surgery, if should need it do to noticing still having pain, 6 months in since incident causing situation

When you did the steep backward leaning quad exercise, my first thought was "I hope he's done this before, or he's really gonna hurt himself!"

Many physical therapists, believe that the muscles on the back of the leg have to be strengthen not the quad. Strengthening quad makes the knee pain worse. What do you think?
