@@betastash2436 Just came to the Albarricin (Spain). First time in my life tried climbing the actual boulders. Soo much fun. And soooo much pain in the lower back. Ahh! I guess I needed to start slower...:). Anyways, stretching and doing your exercises is the plan for today. :D.Thanks!
