FINALLY FOUND MY HAIR TWIN🥳 my hair gets weighed down easily, the top pieces are ringlets, and the curls under gradually gets looser. i thought this was because of heat damage but I’ve cut it all off and it’s just my natural hair. i’m so happy i came across your video🥺 ALSO, whenever i pineapple my hair at night, my curls get stretched out and they’re not as tight. any tips on that? you got me excited for my wash day lmao

This is exactly how my hair used to be!! I thought I had damage from bleach that’s left my hair more of a 2b/c but my hair was still 2c/3a like yours even while my hair was dyed. I think I got damage from DevaCurl products I used trying to save my hair which completely changed so now I’m on a whole journey trying to get my hair back to how it was! Thank you!!

I'm glad you popped into my You Tube feed. I subscribed. I also have the same hair type as you. I was the type that grew up thinking that I had straight or wavy hair at least. Little did I know I had wavy to curly hair and I pretty much found out by accident because when your hair is curly, it wants to curl no matter what. So I really did not harness the power of my curls until after high school. That's when I started wearing gel and then mousse. That Paul Mitchell was amazing. Then, as my luck goes, that specific mousse that was so good for my hair, I couldn't find it anymore. Same happened with a line of shampoos and conditioners from V. Secret that was amazing for my hair- discontinued. Since then, I've been searching for the perfect products.

So glad I found your videos! I am new to this journey and couldn't figure out what my hair was trying to do. It is clumping bigger and wanting to wrap around...now, I see it wants to coil into 3a patterns and I was trying to make them do what I thought was 2c...bc I thought I had 2c hair. I can tell I have some 2c but a lot of 3a. This is so fascinating. I am going to see if I can encourage my hair to go into the pattern it wants a bit better and use a gel vs a mousse and see if that helps a bit as well. I'm so new to all this but it is fun to learn and try to learn my hair at the same time.

love your hair! to help with frizz i love using the ghost oil from verb. it's so light and smells amazing :) just make sure to wash your hands afterwards and be careful to not touch your face with it!

Finally someone w my exact hair type! So many popular products weigh my hair down or just make it greasy (and still frizzy!! 🥴🤷🤔). Even my hair underneath is pretty straight too. Looks totally disconnected from the rest of my hair when it dries. You have gorgeous hair 😘 I wish I had that Type of time tho especially since I cannot go more than 2 days without washing it. I’ve tried and tried to go longer but only results in dandruff and itching.
