Props props and more props!! This thing worked like a charm today September the 13th 2022. I transferred over my old Samsung j7 to a new Motorola Edge 2021 SIM card swap worked flawlessly! Saved me $20! Also saved me $10 because I didn't need to buy a new SIM card found out from the Metro PCS customer service that my j7 already had a nano SIM so I didn't need to purchase a new SIM for $10. So in total I saved 30 big ones! Thank you for your support. So if you have an unlocked phone bought elsewhere (Amazon) it will work I repeat it will work!

Jeezus that was so easy but the awesome live demonstration made it just stupidly easy. I often find ways to fail on new unfamiliar technical projects but not after your video. I swapped my Metro by Tmobile phone yesterday. The My Metro app made it far simpler than calling customer service. The only hang up was I needed a paper clip to make it work. Other than that I upgraded to a 5G phone fast

Just so folks know, I had a Metro smartphone die. Would not get to PIN screen no matter what. Therefore I could not dial *228. So I paid $28 at store early 2024. He said if that happens it's a brick. I harvested the stylus and battery (yep, that's why I keep old models when possible), SD card and I kept it just in case for the glass; else it's simply trash. (But I once had 2 identical models and cracked one glass and shopped around to get the glass swapped. Very nearly no place does it, and it was somewhat over $100 even then. Even higher for iPhones.)

Once I say that I want to swap my phone they say ok please wait while we find someone to help you. But when they have someone talk to me it's not free anymore. What do I do??

Didn’t work for me. Tells me to place my SIM card in new phone. How when it’s still in the old phone and will cancel service if I pull sim out old phone. And cannot do any of this with new phone because sim won’t work with new phone yet.
