During the autumn/winter season 7 months , I swim in the 50m pool and during summer in 5 months in the sea. My pool freestyle record time is 18.38mins in 1km swim, sometimes I do breathstroke also 1.5km to 2km, but usually freestyle, 3x a week 1.5km to 2km non-stop swim and in the sea it's various, but I stick to 35 to 50 mins non stop swim up to 4 5x times a week. I do this in last 2 years and in last 6 months I see improvement. I swam in high-school, but I don't know butterfly and rarely do a backstroke. I'm 31, is this enough to tone my body or I should do something more? Cuz in the last few months I don't see much changes. Anyways, thank you Fares I love your videos. God bless

i train only 1 time per week an swim like 1:15 hours freestyle without a break i have a 2:30/100m. i just train for endurance and want to get faster. what can i do? -> in the rest of the time i go 3-4x in the gym and 1-2x running

What the hell is called "IM order"? when you're explaining something to newbies who aren't familiar with swimming lingos, please don't use acronyms.

If you’re not familiar with the term then go check it out! Google is easily accessible. Not everything have to be explained in detailed. You don’t always need to say the full form ‘the United States of America’ whenever you referring USA. It’s just a 9 min video not 2 hours lecture. And he did mention the IM sequence at 7:21
