The one thing I struggle with is that my neck cracks a lot very painfully especially in the morning (every day) it does behave through out the day like tms but that chronic cracking makes me think it’s structural

Can I ask you if it’s not so much the pain but weakness in my leg along with tingling in my feet while standing and walking that’s troubling. The doctor said my MRI showed lumbar stenosis, is TMS still possible? I’m confused and worried.
