I’d be careful when telling people the water is “Guaranteed” to be 32 deg. There’s many reasons it could not be , for example if it was luke warm water and you just put the ice in there it’s highly doubtful that it is.

Yeah I guess "Guaranteed" is maybe a bit too absolute. It's always good to leave a bit of the reasoning up to the viewer though, right? 😉
