Thanks! Yes, that was unfortunate. Thought it was filming but all I did was open the lens. I've got more coming, hopefully that will make up for it. 🙂

Can I use water based polyurethane instead of gel medium with your transfer paper? 13:11

Here's the thing. You can use whatever type of adhesive that can effectively glue plain printer paper (untreated, not the transfer paper) to the item in question. If when completely dry you are unable to remove the paper without soaking and scrubbing it to death, then that adhesive will work with the transfer paper. The problem you may have, however, is how long it would actually take to completely dry the adhesive. I found using polyurethane to take an eternity. If it is not COMPLETELY dry, it won't work. Even with the transfer paper, when dry, you should try to peel it off without any moisture. It should NOT pull off. If it starts to pull off, it isn't adhered and won't pull the image off the paper. If it is as stuck as if regular paper glued, then an only then should you moisten it, let it soak in a few seconds, dab off the excess, and carefully peel off. If image is properly glued, it will remain behind. If it is not properly glued, you'll end up pulling it off with the paper. So bottom line is: Whatever you choose to use as your 'glue', the image must be adhered to the item completely so that you cannot pull the image off. Moistening the transfer paper simply allows you to pull the paper backing away from the image. Oh, one very important point. Poly is a really 'wet' solution. This could preactivate the coating on the paper making it impossible to peel off. To avoid this, spray your printed image with a clear coat (careful not to 'wet' the paper by spraying lightly at first, from a distance) to protect it before gluing it onto your item with poly. HTH

Glad to see your still at it. I'll keep this as a backup plan now...i found a new exciting print transfer product, but it hasn't been on the market long. 🤫 Right on black bg, & you'll have your whites show. Trying it any day now. I'm sure you know sanding...id hit that with 60-120 grit to get it flat first, if it doesn't chip the bark.

That's pretty critical of you to say. Why would I leave out information intentionally? No preparation tips were left out. What you see is what I did. Period.

I’m late to the party but I’m trying to catch up on your videos. I remember in one of your videos you were letting the community decide whether or not you should release the formula…I’m guessing that you decided against releasing it as I’ve not yet found it. I would like to know if you can treat or impregnate the paper AFTER the image has been laser printed on it? I don’t own a new/reliable printer and I am forced to go to FedEx for all my image printing needs. The rubbing with water technique is so frustrating that I quit doing it after being let down hours into a rubbing session time and time again…in fact, I haven’t attempted it in over a year but when I stumbled on your videos, I got fired up again. Spoiler, nothing has changed and I’ve ruined 4 prints on 4 wood panels. I want to throw them as far as I can put my back door because these were supposed to be done today as Mothers Day gifts. I find it especially cruel to get so close to being finished with a piece when a section of a face rubs off after hours of light as a feather rubbing…there goes an eye or part of their mouth! Sorry, I’m still feeling the sting of this disappointment. Do you sell your solution so I can experiment with applying it to paper with images already on it or can you do a video trying it? Your help is greatly appreciated, I’ve subbed and eagerly await your response 😃 Thanks in advance, -Rod

There is a video on this. I didn't ask if I should release it, but rather that I will release it once the channel reaches 100K subs.
