I have a bad new Samsung galaxy S10 plus. I never activated the phone. Somehow when I went to about Phone in settings it shows a phone number. I removed the SIM card and put my iPhone SIM card in bu I get a message saying invalid sim card no cohoe tion and to call sprint. I called Verizon and they called Sprint to get the code but sprint said they cannot release the code because the phone is locked. Can you unlock it and get the code so that I may be able to use my Verizon sim on it.?

I have s10 5g from verizon that is paid off. They told me it's unlocked but when I put att sim card the phone says that I only could you verizon sim card network. The phone doesn't ask for a lock code to use a different sim card. Can you help with this please?

Unlocking the phone is not illegal, you can do whatever you like with your own phone. If you have an unpaid bill with your carrier, that is something you will need to work out with them. It can effect your credit or whatever penalities that come with a non paid phone bill.

My samsung s10 started not to read any simcard I placed with notification " invalid simcard" but this happened after some time cause it used to read any simcard at first So please can you help ne on this issue pliz. Thanks

Unfortunately, "invalid simcard" is not related to any unlocking problems. It seems probably the sim card itself is defective and would need to be changed, or the sim card slot of the device for some reason not reading it. (Probably best to take it to a local phone repair store.)

Just to clarify, did you mean the device is blacklisted/blocked, or did you mean it's network locked? Blocked usually means it's blacklisted from carriers, and if that's the case, only the original carriers can remove that since it's a service provider related issue that is different from network unlocking.

If it's unlocked already, it could be either a carrier related issue (maybe it's blocked/blacklisted, or hasn't been registered on their network, or device settings related) it would be best to contact the network carriers that you are trying to use the phone with.

Hi there, you can just select S10. As long as the IMEI is correct is the most important for the unlock codes, it should be fine.

You can check if your device is asking for an unlock code by inserting a sim card from another carrier. If the phone needs a code, it will ask for it automatically.

As long as the device prompts for a code, and the IMEI correct it should be fine. Codes are based on the IMEI number.

It's best to contact the original carriers first, as they might be able to do network unlocks for free. As 3rd party companies will have fees outside of the original carriers.

If you contact the original network carriers and qualify for their requirements, the unlocks should be free. Otherwise, with 3rd party companies there will be fees with them.
