I have been in business for awhile but sales aren't what they should be. Now that I have watched this, I know exactly why. I have to smile more and approach people like I am glad to be addressing them. Thanks for this!

Hello Brian. Thanks for sharing this video. I’m glad that you’re feeling better. Great tie! Your tips on body language and communication have helped open soo many doors for me in the last year that I would need a book to tell all of the stories. I use to dress like I fell off a watermelon truck until you taught me how to dress like a Billionaire. Don’t fake it till I make it, fake it until you become it. Also, you cured me of my problem of cutting people off when they were speaking. Every time I go to speak someone, your voice is like an angel in my head reminding me to “pause before replying.” 99% of the time I count to 3 after someone speaks to ensure that it’s my turn to talk. Great video and thanks again.

The gesture done at 1:09, where you open your hands, lean back and smile, completely wins over my heart. I am definitely going to use this as I go door knocking! Thank you, Mr. Tracy.

HI, lived my life in sales in Asian Subcontinent. Recently moved to Canada and started my career in sales. Having cultural differences and intent to learn new organizational culture, i remained relatively silent for first couple of days and management developed an understanding that i am shy and i am really worried about that. Went through your videos and learnt the good sales practices in Canadian/American culture. thanks

Good video. I used to be in sales and came across this looking for ways to help my kids with their first candy fundraiser sale. It reminded me to dress and groom them as neatly as possible before heading out, even though it means getting up super early. It is important, and I want them to succeed. Thanks.

It is so interesting, that I know so many things about communication and body language and continue learning more and more, but when it comes to actually use it I often forget to use the most of it. Probably, experience is very important, to form a habit or just to feel what is like to actually use it in person. :) Meaning the practicing part you mention might be the factor standing between being a good communicator or being a great communicator. So my answer to your question/task is - I'm going to use/do the holding hands(prolonged) and eye contact combination, the one you mentioned in the video. :) It is very powerful one. p.s. I'm fascinated or better to say inspired and empowered by seeing you so motivated, fill with energy and with that big smile, sharing your time and knowledge with others. :) Thank You, Brian! :)

Smiling is almost painful for me, it makes me feel defenseless. When I was in the Army, you weren't allowed to smile. Transitioning is incredibly difficult, but Brian is absolutely right. I need to practice my smile! I have been smiling at myself in the mirror every day and even while driving my car. I'm sure onlookers feel I must be some kind of crazy person!

THeres a lot of truth in fake it till you make it. Just the act of smiling if for no reason has been proven to increase our happiness levels. Let them think your crazy. Actual happy people will get it and or not judge you for allowing yourself one the simple pleasures

Excellent, Great Lesson!!! Thank you Brian!!! Even though body language is a natural habit of everyone and for a fact as I see children they use body language to show their agreements, dislikes, happiness .....ETC. But for those who don't use mostly body language, they should use and learn how to use it on each occasion and circumstances.

Hi Brian, Always love your material and the way you present it. I'm always learning something. I personally wouldn't put the words bum and homeless in the example you shared. Homeless does not equal lazy etc. so a negative illustration to your point. Homeless is not always a choice, but being a bum is. Cheers

Most of the time we are not aware of these problems until we are told, or if you see/ hear yourself on video. One thing to bear in mind is you never want to beocome to self conscious as this effects your natural flow too much. I found this when i went to toastmasters and I actually started becoming paranoid of how others heard and perceived me, and this really started to affect my confidenec, so being yourself and not too effected is very important. Good tips thanks

it was very good video and lesson to learn for sales people, open you arms is very important in sales situation , avoid close your arms when you are talking with somebody . the second one was to smile. smile was very important to let other people to trust you and belive you sime is very important and cost no money but it was the most expensive thing in this world to drive your sucesses. the third one was to have very previssional impression ,your dress and your looking and whatever you are achieving is coming from own actions .,
