I just realized this was wired wrong and that’s why it only sounded for a second, since I used the relay input to supply the alarm side going through the relay, when the power is cut to the relay, it’s also cut to the alarm. Leaving a short window of time for It to actually sound. Connect the positive going into the common of the relay to the power supply not affected by the pull station. Sorry about that!

Do you mean connecting the positive side of the alarm directly to the power supply instead of the common terminal on the relay?

@@Fahrenheit4051 connect the positive going into the common of the relay to the power supply, and then the normally closed to the positive of the alarm. in this video I had the power humored from the relay input, which, when the relay lost power - it would obviously not have any power to go through the positive jumper - and the only reason it even sounded for a second here was due to the delay when power was reapplied, so it is the completely wrong way to do it. just make sure the relay is powered by the pull station, and the alarm power going through the relay is from the original source
