This doesn't really answer my question at all. How are the specific amounts of each vitamin or mineral added to the mix? I saw a worker dumping an entire sack into the large IBC's. Doesn't seem very scientific at all.

5HTP is actually not that great for most people to take on a regular basis, if you are depressed it’s probably better than taking an antidepressant, but if you are a relatively healthy and not depressed there are better options like L-tryptophan which doesn’t directly Create serotonin like 5HTP does. The problem with 5HTP creating dopamine directly is that your body can become Dependent on it and you won’t create a lot of 5 HTP without taking the supplement.

Apparently, consumption of dark chocolate also realeases Serotonin. One could just eat dark chocolate and get the same result.

ok.. my protain get everything in big bags and just process them into their own packages... with EVERY product... you are not buying myprotein products , you are buying myprotain packages... i will stick with prozis

What are the stamps proving honest 3rd party testing for purity of what's claimed on the bottle? I'm afraid I waste my money on sheet rock dust in a gel cap.
